The Choose DuPage Economic Indicators Report is published on a quarterly basis. It is intended to provide a snapshot of the current state of the local DuPage County economy. There is an abundance of economic data produced by state and federal sources however, not all of it is produced for local level examination and disseminated on a regular schedule. The choice of which indicators to track was determined partly on relevancy, availability and reliability.
This report gives an economic overview of DuPage County, Illinois. It covers: gross domestic product, education levels, industry clusters, occupation snapshot, industry snapshot, cost of living index, employment trends, unemployment rate, wage trends, and a demographic profile. This report was generated in October 2018.
